Décor Obsession: Acrylic Furniture

Hi Everyone!

Since becoming a small home dweller I’ve come to develop a serious love of acrylic furniture pieces. I’ve always thought they were “cool”, but never really thought about them much past that. Now that I’m living smaller and trying to pack tons of style and function into limited space, I’m looking at them in a new light.

As I’m knee-deep in pulling together rooms in our bungalow, I’m looking forward to incorporating a few pieces into our spaces.  Here are few of my top acrylic furniture picks.

1. The Workhorse: I absolutely love the functionality potential of this table.  This guy can be used as a console table, desk, vanity, sofa table….the list could go on and on.

2. Super Affordable: We’ve all the seen the ghost chair a billion times at this point, but I mean cmon…how could I not include it.  My fav is the armless version because it can fit into even tighter spaces than the traditional style, plus it can be pushed in under tables and desks which makes it that much more small space friendly.  I love the look of the armed version, but it doesn’t always tuck under.  Plus, for less than $60 this is a no brainer!

3. Total Splurge: It’s all about the details with this beauty. What a gorgeous way store all the pretty things.  Maybe a vintage textile collection, magazines, designer handbags, etc.  Everyone knows storage is at a premium in small spaces and we don’t always wanna tuck things out of sight.  This is perfect for taking on double duty.  Be prepared to dig deep for it though! Shes a pricey one.

4. So Pretty: I just love this pretty little side table. Ideal for just about anywhere, and perfect for small spaces. I really like the opening detail for tucking in a plant. And since its acrylic it’ll get plenty of light.
