Happy Friday loves!!  So a few months back Arhaus was running a Pinterest contest to celebrate the launch of their new outdoor line of furnishings.  I usually don’t enter these types of contests and it was actually my first time doing so.  I already had outdoor spaces on my mind and was plotting my porch makeover, so I figured I may as well since I was pinning inspirations anyway. Well long story short..I won first place!!  I was so excited and really shocked.  There were a lot of really great boards created so I was beyond happy to hear the news.  The prize was a $1000 gift card to use online or in store at Arhaus.  This was like winning the lottery ya’ll, especially since there still SO MUCH to do in the bungalow.  Now here’s the thing…$1000 is a lotta moolah, but it doesn’t go as far as you’d think at Arhaus.  This store is all about high quality and you better bet there’s a cost for it.  I waited until they started their annual living sale and grabbed a few things for the house.

We really needed lighting for the living room so I ordered a pair of these lamps.  I had been looking for a pair for a while and I loved both the shape of these and the black shade.  I was pleasantly surprised to see how big they are!  I love a big lamp, and these are fab.  I really like the textural detail of the base.  They are visually interesting, but are still a great choice for a small space because they are clear.

Im sure you all know I just HAD to snag some textiles so I got a sheepskin throw , and a pair of pillows.  They are both INCREDIBLY soft.

I also ordered  a set of glasses and tumblers for the kitchen, but they haven’t arrived yet.  I love colorful glassware so Im excited to add these to our shelves. If you are lucky enough to live near a brick and mortar I highly recommend popping in to look around.  Unfortunately there isn’t a store on the West Coast.  Hopefully one day.
