Is This Thing On

Helllllooooooo friends!

No, your eyes do not deceive you…. It really is me!  Its been like FOREVAH since Ive been on, and for good reason pals.  Things around my way have been BUSY.  There’s been a domino effect of craziness that’s kept me away from the blog, but I wanted to come on and say Hi, Im still here, and Im hoping to get back to some normalcy soon enough.

First, we got a computer virus that took 2 weeks to fix. Not even exaggerating. Then I started a new job. Shortly thereafter we took in 2 of our nephews very suddenly and quite unexpectedly…so that means we are currently a family of 6 in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage, AND to top it off we also simultaneously began some much needed renovations here in the cottage bungalow! Things have been busy to say the least.

If you follow me on IG (@sgardnerstyle)  you’ve been able to see all the progress going on here at the house, as well as just seeing all the things going on with our family. I gave myself time to step away from the blog so I could get accustomed to life in our new normal, and let me just say, there’s definitely a reason I stopped after having 2 children!  Bless all you mommas of 3 or more out there….you’re saints I tell ya!

Anyway, with summer vacation quickly approaching I should be in a place to get back to the keyboard. Ive got lots of new content to share, as well as some fun product features, giveaways, client projects, and loads of bungalow updates to talk about.
